Mind. Body. Spirit.

Let’s heal together.

As a Drama Therapist (LPC-A, CT), I focus my energy on generational trauma and its effect on human connection. For many individuals, these symptoms present as depression, anxiety, isolation or has an impact on their personality. All factors that impact human connectedness and the ability to grow and build dynamic communities. My work aims to provide space for individuals and groups to better understand the links between systemic traumas, personal traumas and the unwanted cycles within their lived experiences.

What is Drama Therapy?

Drama Therapy is an active, experiential approach to facilitating change. Through storytelling, projective play, purposeful improvisation, and performance, participants are invited to rehearse desired behaviors, practice being in relationship, expand and find flexibility between life roles, and perform the change they wish to be and see in the world.

The past is long gone.

The future has arrived.

Settle into the present.

Settle in your new life.

Bring spirit.

Bring faith.

Bring all of YOU!

Because the most amazing thing about living with depression, is realizing it was just a part of your journey, and you made through.
